I take coaching sessions at WOMAN AT WORK because I want to get a clearer picture of what I can do to improve my professional situation in the future while balancing career and family. Katharina Jarzombek helps me organize my thoughts, recognize behavior patterns that I hadn‘t previously been aware of, question some fixed beliefs and draw the right conclusions. It’s really motivating to me and I’m now working on shaping my professional future step by step. Before starting my coaching sessions I was much more indecisive and felt that being a working mother of two counted against me so I didn’t really make a lot of progress. Thanks to WOMAN AT WORK, I am now able to make things happen much faster, which makes me feel stronger and more satisfied.
Gina Maria Becker, Office and Communications Manager, OFIGO GmbH & Co. KG, Essen
I’ve been a successful manager in the international culture sector for many years now, thanks in part to getting coached from time to time. This helped me to address challenges in an efficient and professional manner during some difficult phases in my career. I use WOMAN AT WORK coaching because I’m thinking about taking my career in a new direction. Katharina Jarzombek helps me identify the drivers that lead me to pursue this change as well as what my strengths are and what realistic options I have. I really appreciate her professional and personal experience as well as her clear and goal-oriented approach. We complement each other well so I am happy to recommend WOMAN AT WORK to others!
Inez Boogaarts, Culture Manager and Consultant, Rotterdam
WOMAN AT WORK supports me to more effectively structure my work as a product manager in a dynamic start-up environment and to improve my time management. Katharina Jarzombek is a focused and committed coaching partner. Her extensive experience enables her to look at the issues we discuss from different angles so we can find an appropriate solution together. The “homework” she gave me made me reflect on what we talked about some more and I was able to apply that in real-life situations. I can only recommend making an appointment with Katharina Jarzombek!

Danijel Spasojevic, Film Producer, Filmbrause, Essen
I reached out to Katharina Jarzombek for coaching so she can help me reflect on what new direction to take my career in and what specific steps I should take next. I’ve just recently started coaching sessions but quickly realized how useful it can be to talk with a true professional. Getting coached mean I no longer have to figure this out by myself. I’m also gaining a fresh perspective about what realistic change options I have and about what really matters to me in life – which definitely also includes work. I really appreciate that WOMAN AT WORK focuses on us women and the way we can become professionally fulfilled. WOMAN AT WORK can help me approach change in a sensible and structured way.
